ABOUT US

IMPACTO PROJECT was born January 2008. We, Anayansi Prado and Elease Lui, founded IMPACTO PROJECT out of the desire to bring photography and filmmaking to youths who had little, or no access, to hands-on training in visual arts.
We decided to work on an international level, focusing primarily in Latin America and Asia for very personal reasons. Anayansi was born and raised in Latin America, Panama to be specific, and Elease Lui is the first generation daughter of Chinese immigrants.
We are working professionals in the film and television industry, with over a decade of experience, and understand first-hand the power of visual expression. It is our goal, through IMPACTO PROJECT, to give the same opportunity to the youths who participate in the programs - the opportunity to express, question and re-discover their world through a camera lens.
